Only what you send us. When you use the contact or waitlist form we receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. If you call, text, or email, we have whatever that conversation contains.

We do not buy lists, run ad trackers, or collect anything in the background.

To answer you and to help with the property question you asked about. Your details go into our customer relationship system (Lofty) so that a follow-up does not get lost, and into our inbox.

If you ask to be told about future lots or listings, we will contact you about that. Reply stop, or write to us, and we will stop.

Dylan, and the service providers that run the site and our inbox: Vercel (hosting), Lofty (CRM), and our email provider. If you go on to buy or sell, eXp Realty, as the brokerage of record, and the escrow and title companies on your transaction will see what the transaction requires.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you or follow you to other sites. It tells us which pages people read, the country they read from, and the kind of device they used. Nothing more.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The listing search at listings.dylanshropshire.com is run by Lofty under its own privacy policy.
